These terms govern your use of the Empiravi mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You keep ownership of everything you create — your recipes, photos, and text remain yours.
By publishing content in the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, translate, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence exists only so the app can function — for example, to show your recipe to other users and to translate it for readers in other languages. It ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies retained briefly in routine backups.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, including any photos, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The app includes a reporting tool. We may review reported content and may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law. Where practical and appropriate, we will act proportionately.
Recipes in Empiravi are written by members of the community, not by us. We do not verify them. Ingredient lists, allergen notes, cooking times, and temperatures may be incomplete or wrong.
You are responsible for your own safety when cooking. Always use your own judgement, follow safe food-handling practice, and check ingredients yourself if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. If in doubt, seek professional or medical advice. Nothing in the app is medical or nutritional advice.
Recipes may be translated automatically for viewing. Translations are produced by software, may contain errors, and are provided for convenience only. The author's original text remains the authoritative version.
The app offers a free tier with certain limits (for example on daily publishing and the number of cookbooks) and a premium tier that removes those limits and advertising. Prices, limits, and features may change; we will give notice of material changes where required. Purchases are handled by the app store you bought through, and their refund rules apply.
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Some content is cached for offline use, but offline access is not guaranteed.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or where required by law.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from content posted by other users or from your reliance on any recipe.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the app develops. The “last updated” date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
